  1. Shipping region and delivery time
    Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Italy.
    Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and legal holidays).
    International transportation: Currently, only domestic delivery within Italy is supported. If international transportation is required, please contact customer service to confirm feasibility.
  2. Delivery method and cost
    Standard delivery: Delivered via Poste Italiane or cooperative logistics providers. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the order weight and destination.
    Urgent option: Urgent service is not available. Please contact phantfaction@officesqev.com if you have an urgent need.
  3. Logistics tracking
    After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the status of your package through the carrier’s official website.
    If you haven’t received the shipping notice within 30 days, please contact us in time for verification.
  4. Delay and Force majeure
    Extreme weather, customs clearance or supply chain issues may cause delays. We will notify you by email.
    If the delay exceeds 15 days, you can choose to cancel the order and get a full refund.
  5. Return and exchange address
    Returns must be sent back to the designated warehouse in Italy. The address will be provided after the approval of the return or exchange. For details, please refer to the return and exchange policy.
