- Scope of policy application
All purchased office supplies (including but not limited to stationery, consumables, equipment, etc.).
Special offer items, customized items or clearance items (if any) are also subject to this policy. - Reasons for not accepting returns and refunds
Hygiene and safety considerations: Office supplies (such as ink cartridges, paper, etc.) may be affected in their secondary sales after being opened.
Customized service: Some products are customized according to customer requirements (such as notebooks printed with logos) and cannot be circulated again.
Digital products: Once electronic templates, software authorization codes, etc. are sent, they are deemed to have been delivered. - Handling of exceptional cases
If any of the following problems occur, please contact customer service (email: phantfaction@officesqev.com) within 24 hours after receiving the goods and provide evidence:
The goods were damaged during transportation (photos and logistics proof are required).
The received goods are seriously inconsistent with the order (such as incorrect model).
We will reissue or provide you with a voucher as compensation depending on the situation. - Customer Notes
